JUNE 2006 |
"The SHIRTS haven't released a record in 26 years, but that will change on June 28 when they drop their fourth LP Only the Dead Know Brooklyn (Stereo Society). Peers of legendary groups such as Television and Talking Heads, the band is the epitome of a CBGB's act. Similar to how the Ramones were all about Queens, The Shirts are all about Brooklyn. With the release of the new record, they will play their old stomping ground CBGB's on June 28, a refreshing blast from the past." - Andy Keller, TheDelimagazine.com
